Advantages and disadvantages of e-learning compared to traditional methods 5.3.1. Disadvantages According Remenyi (2005), the three major disadvantages related to the E-learning is the lack of interaction between student and teacher, the lack of interaction between students and the need for basic computer skills. Changed view: The management has not changed their approach based on the specific need of the environment and changing culture. Therefore, the advancement of technology had not been attempted. The non-adaptation of specific technologies has laid the organization far behind. The initiative needed to be subtle and convincing to the change of entire phenomenon. Changed leadership: The leadership that is the change of ownership and communicating management could have improved the system.
